The hotel is conveniently located in the lovely northern suburb of Glen Allen, offering easy access to major highways and boasting beautiful grounds. While the room was exceptionally clean and the bed incredibly comfortable, there were some minor signs of aging like a dead bug in the bathroom tub. The service was quick to respond and very apologetic, promptly offering a room change and ensuring the bedding was replaced. The location is ideal for those looking to stay in a serene environment that doesn’t add much travel time, with nearby pet-friendly restaurants adding to the convenience. The dining experience featured a good variety of fresh breakfast options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh fruits, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very quiet, clean, and functional, though some improvements are planned. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location provided a welcome respite and the dining experience was fantastic.
